Dust collection system engineered for NFPA compliance

As part of a Kaizen event, customers and vendors spent a week with Mac Process engineers to deliver the prototype for this unique dust collector design. Because the design was driven by customer specifications— the SpaceSaver gets very positive response from plant managers, maintenance staff and workers. The Space Saver solves difficult dust collection challenges for ag/grain,, cement, food, minerals, mining, plastics and woodworking applications.

With a footprint as small as 27-inches x 38-inches, the SpaceSaver is perfectly suited for applications with limited space requirements.

Many different cartridge styles are available to best fit the application, with sizes ranging from 2 to 48 cartridges per collector.

The SpaceSaver uses patented directed air flow fire to thoroughly pulse the cartridges. Superior directed air flow extends cartridge life and uses compressed air more efficiently than competitive models.

Completely tool-free cartridge changeout and a unique blowpipe configuration provides ease of maintenance and reduces service costs. Because users can change the cartridge without having to enter the collector, there are no confined space entry issues.

The SpaceSaver doesn’t have to go outside, and is flexible enough to serve as a Style I, II or III filter. The SpaceSaver is also less expensive to ship and install.
